Group Bookings

We offer a 10% discount on admission for pre-booked groups of 10 or more. The discount can even be applied to groups in concession categories.

Charities bringing groups that support our ethos, to make videogames accessible and inclusive to everyone, can also enjoy a further 10% off our group discount rate.

 

We offer free entry for group leaders, coach drivers, disability carers or SEND companions. You can even enhance your visit with our special ads-ons. From expert talks to team building tournaments, there is plenty of fun to be had during your time with us.

 

Groups from educational institutions or anyone wishing to take advantage of our award winning workshops should book via our education page.

Terms and Conditions

  • One adult ticket is required per 10 visitors aged 16 or under. 
  • Charitable discounts cannot be applied to concession rates. The maximum discount available is 20%.
  • All groups will be accommodated alongside public sessions. Our private hire offers are available for bookings outside of our public opening times.
  • Groups larger than 100 visitors are allowed entry at our discretion.
  • Payment should be made a minimum of 14 days in advance and bookings are not secure until payment is received. We offer payment by invoice on request. 
  • Bookings can be cancelled free of charge with 14 days notice. A charge of 50% is applied for cancellations after this point or 100% for anything less than 24 hours notice.
  • We will do our best to accommodate all rescheduling requests if made with 14 days notice.
