Super Smash Bros. Brawl is the third game in the mega-popular fighting series!
The objective of the game is to knock opponents off the screen. As well as favourite Nintendo characters like Link and Mario, players can also choose Snake from the Metal Gear Solid series.
Brawl featured the controversial “tripping” mechanic. During a match, there was a 1% chance that the player would fall over; not helpful for competitive play.
‘Tripping’ would not return for any future installments in the Smash Bros. franchise!
