Cris Blyth, an animator and artist, used this Amiga 4000 computer while working on Worms 2 with Team17. He provided animation, sound design modelling, texturing, rendering, and editing for the game. Blyth went on to become Art Director at the Wakefield-based studio before moving into the film, television, and advertising sector.
The computer’s hard drive is partitioned to allow the use of Apple’s MacOS software as well as the Amiga’s native operating system – hence the Apple computer logo sticker on the front. As well as the computer, a suite of objects includes an original Team17 contract, and a hand-written development diary from the period the making of the game, featuring hand drawn sketches of the worms characters that would become the basis for cut-scene animations within Worms 2.
