Well, we want to give you an experience that’s different from playing from home. So that might mean experiencing Pac-Man…but in four-player mode! It might mean experiencing what it was like to play Space Invaders in an arcade in the 70s. It might even mean thinking of and playing games via topics you had not thought of before, like Gravity or how Bonus levels work.
While we might not have your favourite game…we’d love to know which one is your favourite so that you can tell us about it while also discovering some new ones during your visit. We also collect experiences of people playing games (like our Animal Crossing Diaries). So your experiences, memories and feelings around playing are just as important as collecting the game itself!

We are a family friendly venue so this means that the playable exhibits are always suitable for children.
Some games may have loud noises or flashing lights as well as a lack of captioning. We are working hard to implement more accessibility in our displays but in the meantime you can ask our Crew for any guidance you may need while visiting.
